Appledale Croft Ltd is owned and run by Ben Holroyd-Doveton. Ben qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PwC). He held a number of Finance Director roles in a range of businesses across a number of different sectors including investment banking, insurance, mortgage broking and engineering. He also played an active role in setting up Rightmove with the team that went on to float the business. He set up his own property business almost 30 years ago, which he ran alongside his finance career. Ben left his corporate career in 2010 and his primary activity is now running Appledale Croft Ltd.
